1 mol of lauric acid and 1.1 mol of hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine were put into a reactor, heated and melted, and dehydrated at 110~120 ℃ under reduced pressure to generate amide. Continue to heat up to around 250 ℃ for dehydration, obtain lauryl hydroxyethyl imidazoline through closed-loop reaction, and then react with 2mol of chloroacetic acid under the catalysis of sodium hydroxide to generate quaternary ammonium salt. The finished product is obtained through discharge packaging.

Then continue to heat up to about 250 ℃ for dehydration, closed-loop lauryl hydroxyethyl imidazoline, and then react with 2 mol of chloroacetic acid under the catalysis of sodium hydroxide to form quaternary ammonium salt, and the finished product is obtained by discharging and packaging.
